post workout meal opinions

Curious to hear some opinions about post-workout meals and what you would swap in and what you would swap out from my list. This is what I ate after my last 3 workouts
day 1. protein shake, broccoli, 10oz steak with bbq sauce
day 2. potato, chicken breast with lemon, salad
day 3. meal replacement shake, 2 cups blueberries, protein bar
also which of those meals are your favorite and which do you hate
 
keep things clean post-workout you don't want to stretch your body
 
be careful with the barbecue sauce make sure you check ingredients closely
 
stay away from protein shakes post-workout its best that you eat real food
 
definitely not option three you don't want a meal replacement shake or a protein bar
 
I like the first option the swap in the blueberries and set of the shake
