What is the best post workout carb?
Natural or manufactured? I.E Fructose, dextrose, glucose, maltodextrine, vitargo Etc etc
What do you guys go for?

U aware of karbolyx (sp) ? that was really good. You can get away with dextrose to restore glycogen levels...cheap eff way

Mass gainer shake,oats,banana,peanut butter and honey plus egg : ) fucking bout 200 carbs,60 protein and 15 fats lol who wants too get big! Bring it!
^^^ this, I don't believe in the maltodextrin or dextrose, I use N2 Bulk for PWO, or the banana in the shake or eat one and maybe a handful of raisins.

You guys still believe in this insulin spiking post workout anabolic window bullshit? WOW, its two thousand fucking twelve.. Dextrose , waxy maize all these are just bogus.. Go home and eat some fuking rice and chicken.. There is no advantage taking fast acting carb with protein shake post workout compare to a normal meal..

Goat gave a great recipe for growth, but all you need for post workout nutrition is 40-50 grams protein, 1 banana, and a handful (1/4 cup) of raisins...don't need to over think it my brotha!
