I don't know what these are called, other than "dynamic" something or other, but... I put two full size barbells on the floor, parallel to one another and with the ends butted up against the wall. I stand at the other end of them, facing them, and alternately lift them above my head. Varying the angle that u stand at them will change what part of ur shoulder ul hit. I'll do a set of 50 or so, depending on the weight I put on it. Ul need someone to help u lift them up off the ground and put them back down unless ur really flexible and well balanced.
