not even a multi?

i don't trust my diet enough to get me all the vits i need (it's balanced but always like to be on the safe side)

Creatine I cycle on and off, if I`m bulking I`ll use it. Then there`s tuff like Liver Detox I`ll take on occasion, milk Thistle, Saw Palmetto.

At night I`ll take a melatonin sometimes, and just started Valerian Root looks promising for sleep.

Im curious why you need liver detox. I thought your were all natty?

I am . lol I stopped taking it after I realised I was STAYING all natty for a little while longer. lol

i'm lucky to remember my multi, i'm just praying that I'm getting what i need from these protein shakes, but i'm sure i'm not even close
