It means a mod thinks that there's a better place for it, one where it will get more attention and a better class of answers. That's the idea, anyway. Look around! EF isn't just the AAS board and Chat.
George is also encouraging the mods to COPY threads when they have more than one appropriate audience. The thread will exist in both boards when that happens.
Sometimes the best place for the thread is the Recycle Bin. Sad but true. Don't take that personally. It's about the post -- not about the person who made it.
