12 oz of left over steak from Jackson's steakhouse last night. Skillet potatos and asparagus.

Was going to be my lunch, but just can't wait.

That does sound good!
I had a cup of oatmeal with 3 scoops of ultra size.
Between breakfast and lunch i will have 8oz of steak.
Lunch I am not sure of yet. I forgot to pack it.

what would you recommend?
toast is my typical bfast, along with a banna 'tein shake
 
I had a shake with 15 carbs for breakfast at 6 then I'll have a steak at 9 then another shake at 12 and s grilled chicked salad at 3 then a shake at 6 and another steak at 9. Gotta keep it around 60 carbs for a few days before depleting.
 
Middleweight. This will be the last year for it. I'm steppin up to lightheavies either next year or in 08. I'm a lil too tall for my class at 5'8" Plus its hard as hell to go from 205 down to 176. But I did in six weeks.
