Ladies - Your honest opinion....for a man with thinning hair (on top), should he:

1. Sport a comb over?

2. Cut what he has left normal length?

3. Shave the dome clean?

Depending on the person, I think bald is verrry sexy.....

Never, ever, ever sport a comb over.....

I've seen lots of men with thinning hair cut theirs very very short & some shave it off & they look awesome!

I think it really depends on how much your hair is thinning. If it's not too much then just cut it normal length on really short. If it's thinning a lot just shave it... some men look really good this way.

I agree with jenscats... never do a comb over.

I think it's safe to say that there's a consensus: NEVER do the combover. What the hell are those guys thinking?

Maj's is very thin...I give him a buzz cut, with it tapered over the ears...that looks best. I think the bald look should wait til he's actually bald. There'll be plenty of time for that!

Answers:
I married one!

1> Comb-over: You're joking right? A comb-over is always wrong. It never fools anyone except the owner.

2> Cut normal length: It depends on the individual, but as a rule I'd say cut shorter than normal length.

3> Do the cue ball thing only if you're almost totally bald (and don't have funny lumps or veins that show), otherwise you'll have a 5 o'clock shadow on your head most of the time. Plus it's a pain to shave that much.

Personally I like the buzz cut. That fuzz is fun to play with
You can do it yourself or have your parter help you. Buy yourself a set of clippers and experiment with the different attachments which give different lengths.

Hey I'm 20 and the comb over thing gets me crunk. Very sexy. I especially dig it when they toss their head and it falls off and they have hair down to their shoulder on one side and nothing on the other.
