When supersetting Plyos with an exercise your using like 80-100% of your 1RM with, how long should you wait after doing the exercise to start the plyos? example.... working up to 1RM on squats, after doing a squat set I wait 1 min though then hit some plyos, like 7 reps of vertical jumps or some box squats..wait then repeat. Thanks
