Please, what's a oatmeal?? how can i do it?

i know this is a very stupid question, but how can i do a oat meal??
I need to put an amount of oat and....???

Ok, Oatmeal is a plural english term. Meaning Oats, a grain you can buy, that are mixed with water and heated so that it softens...creating "Oatmeal" or eaten raw in a shake.

I would suggest against milk, stick w/ water, but if milk is of the utter most importance than you can go ahead w/ it.

Technically a meal of oats would be an Oatmeal. Like Hey guys for dinner last night I had an Oatmeal. When really I ate oats out of a trough(sp?) like a horse. With water of course.

Well if we get technical w/ it, a meal of peanuts can be considered a meal of Peanut butter b/c the chewing of the peanuts is what creates the oily buttery mixture - go figure. The truth is out there....
