I am 38 yrs old, 6'5" tall currently 242lbs. Please remember my natural metabolism is slow (averaging .599 TSH levels)
I am working on cutting for the EF contest and I don't know if I have the macronutrients at the correct levels. I started this particular diet 2 weeks ago and weighed 248lbs. I am cycling Test/Tren and am using 50mcg of T3 per day. My vascularity is improving and muscle measurments are not getting smaller. I am doing cardio a minimum of 5 days per week.
I have 3 basic daily food planners that I split up during the week for variety. I have stuck to them to the letter each day. I don't want to get into what foods exactly but they are plenty of oats, veggies, beef, tuna, chicken, ect.
Anyway between the 3 different days, the average macro break down is as follows: (this is as close as I can figure)
Calories-- 2483
Protien-- 377g
Carbs--- 229g
Fat--- 34g
Please advise me if I need to change any of the macros to lose the optimum amount of bodyfat%.
