5 sets forearms curls on preacher bench

Monday--Abs and calfs

Tuesday-- Shoulder and Tri

3 sets Db shoulder press
3 sets shoulder press hammer strength
3 sets DB shrugs
3 sets front raises
3 sets side raises

3 sets skull crushers
3 sets dips
3 sets tricep pull down
3 sets reverse pull down

Wednesday off

Thursday--Legs

3 sets deadlift
3 sets leg extension
3 sets leg press
3 sets ham curl

Friday off

Saturday---Chest and Bis
----------------------
3 sets BB bench
3 sets incline DB
3 sets cable crossovers
3 sets pec dec

3 sets DB curl
3 sets concentration curl
3 sets cable preacher curl
3 sets bicep flyes
3 sets spider curls
 
What no squats? - and you have a lot of iso exercises for bi's. I personnaly like more mass building exercises - db curls, bb curls, and hammer curls. Then one or two iso exercises
 
i try to do squats when i can. the last several times i did them it really aggrevated my knees and shin splints. Even on my warmup set... It sucks, but my leg developmen is coming fine without it...

yeah i do have alot of iso bi exercises. I will prbably change it to:

standing bb curl
seated db curl
hammer curl
cable preacher
