please help?

i am new to this board, i know there are probably a lot of previous posts about this sub. but i haven't seen any! my problem: i don't last long in bed. i am worried that this will be problem with my current girlfriend. i feel bad for her! she says it doesn't bother her but i don't see how it doesn't. can some one help me, how can i last longer?
