I am 18yrs old. 5"11 + 171lbs.
I am very weak and lost all my muscle mass from my previous times working out. I started at age 17 and lifted for about 10months, got up to 700lb on leg press and I was reping 175 on bench. I stopped due to drug related issues. Was lifting for 6 months prior to last month got up to 600lb leg press and like 145 bench press (3 sets x 10rep.) I stopped lifting/eating now I am 171lbs and don't have any muscles.
I have never not had love handles I guess in second grade I didn't. But ever since then I have had them my whole life I do not know what it is like to have a waist that goes straight down without having love handles on my waist. I am a good looking kid don't have a problem getting girls I live in the suburbs where all the girls are no. 8-10's. I don't look fat by all means but I deff would say I am skinny fucking fat. It sucks dick.
Low self-esteem never where I want to be as far as my body goes.
So what do I want to do about it.. Well I use to have a personal trainer where I went 2 times a week, did chest/back one day then legs the other. But now I am going to go to a gym near my house "Bally's." I am a little skeptical to go there I don't know if I like the idea of having so many people around my last gym was very small and fun, but that is off topic. The reason I am posting here is because I am more than willing to do what it takes to get there I just NEVER really understand what my meals should look like.. I was suppose to ingest about 150g of protein and drink a gallon of water everyday that is all I knew.
Can someone give me an eating schedule that will help me achieve muscle growth but also fat loss. I usually, I know its like why should I help this person I dont even know him etc. I would really appreciate it if someone could help me out. I want to start going to the gym ASAP but I need to have a really nice dieting schedule down.. I don't eat junk food or drink any sodas just water. I will pretty much eat anything that would be recommended.
