Please critique my diet...

Checked his site, I personally don't like his recommendations for calories. Fuckin' ridiculous, when I put in all my info, or did the calculations, it comes out to about 4680 calories a day. Pfft, that's shit, because there's no way I'd need that to grow. That's just unwanted fat, as far as I'm concerned.

Oh I definitely agree that the calories are too high, but it is because you are factoring in too much work. That part of the calorie calculator is messed up and/or you think you are doing more intense work than you are. Find your calories without factoring in activities (and that is calculator is not unique to JB) Besides that I did not say anything about his diet plan. As far as fat goes, then you did not read SC's suggestions above, because he increased EFAs almost threefold.
But the point was to read about glycogen restoration.
 
Not unwanted fat as in EFA's. I know a lot of those are good. 30% of my diet comes from them. However, 1500 calories above maintenance for me? Daily? Unwanted fat gains.
