One day of upper, one day of lower, one straight mobility and conditioning day. DB/BB complexes as finishers on upper/lower days. Sled and kb work on conditioning day. On weight days I hit the basics. Zero iso work.
I'm riding my bike in the trails three days a week averaging about 50 miles total.
I'm putting in some serious work. Trying to get stronger without adding any size. My main focus is getting faster on the bike while increasing work capacity and v02 max.
The bros I ride with are bad ass racers and I'm busting my ass to catch up to their skill levels.
Mountain biking has took over my life lol
