so I hooked up with this neighbor of mine and she does a lot of kickboxing. so we started to go there together and it is pretty good and intense workout
she is way better than me and I would like to catch up to her skills and ability. I'm looking to take a supplement that will help give me more power with my punches and also increase my flexibility
