got a guy like cressey training me, basically evening out my body, 2 days of mobility/stability/conditioning work and 2 days of lifts, only compound lift were doing is trap bar deads. besides that its mostly bodyweight training and band pushes, pulls, its actually pretty tough when you do the exercises correctly
i got tight internal hip rotators and my left quad is tight, just trying to balance all that shit out before we start getting into lifting
mountain biking sounds sweet, i been doing some hiking, but besides that all my cardio is done on the ropes, shit blows!
