bummer. My low back is still strained and I won't be able to get a deadlift workout in before my vacation which will put me at 3 weeks without DL. I don't want to take a chance and set myself back. I have a deload happening on wednesday which will give me almost 10 days rest. Much needed. Thanks for the help and support and I will keep you posted. I look forward to finding a full power meet in 2010 and giving it my all. Until then, I can work on getting stronger to help my chances.
