I wouldn't expect anything intelligent. OK, you guys keep your oversized aggressive "fighting" dogs. However, when one of your muts injures or kills someone, you take responsibility for it. There are a lot of other people that said the same things about how their pit bulls weren't aggressive and weren't bred for fighting and guess what? their damned dog attacked a kid. I don't see how your dogs are any better than all of the other pit bulls that have attacked people.

Anyway, I give up on using logic. It just isn't working. I hope your dogs get run over by a Greyhound (bus that is).

now you call them "oversized" My full grown female pit is 49 pounds... which is actually on the low side compared to most popular breeds... keep your arguments consistent please instead of just taking out hatred on the topic.

My lab is an incredibly friendly animal. He tried to make friends with a pit bull looking dog not too long ago...he does this with all dogs.

Damned thing tried to bite his head off and charged very hard against its leash.

My dog has made friends with 100's of dogs, even a wild coyote. Only two dogs have responded aggressively.


Given the reputation and history of the pit bull, it just seems foolish to get one unless you can provide the proper home for it.

Pit bulls are now illegal in Denver btw.

Samples of 1 or 2 are insignificant.

Findings that Pitts and some other breed are involved in 50% of fatal attacks is .... significant.

You can find statistics to support any argument, afterrall this is the age of the internet. Statistics of fatal dog attacks don't take into account the socioeconomic background, education (or lack thereof) of the responsible party for said dog(s).



Not illegal is Wildwood MO, deal with that.

The average weight of a Pomeranian is about 4 pounds, and they are not thought of as a dangerous breed. Note, however, that they were bred to be watchdogs! The baby's uncle left the infant and the dog on a bed while the uncle prepared her bottle in the kitchen. Upon his return, the dog was mauling the baby, who died shortly afterwards. Any breed can bite. A lot of supposed Pit attacks were not pits at all. Many were a different breed entirely. The media just likes to make a huge deal out of B.S.

Fast Twitch, I think you need to do the dog injection at the humane society for awhile. It should calm you down a bit after seeing all those dogs die. You can even get them to call your for a particular type of dog.

Injection! Hell that's just not good enough. Those creatures deserve nothing but anti-freeze poisoning. Give me a bottle of Prestone and I'll take care of the dog population problem. I'll start with my neighbor's mutt that barks all night keeping me up!
