i agree with you
the chest supported rows are the best......... as recomended by hannibal
but the bench row like your talking about feels funky. becuase of your upperbody being stationary you cant move your body to put the stress where it needs togo.
i agree with you on regular t-bar that more leg and lower back becomes involved......... but i have a groove on t-bar that you just cant get on that machine
