currently, BB shrugs on Monday, after chest, 3x15 then either behind the back shrugs 3x12-15 or DB shrugs 3x12-15, so about 4-6 sets total
on tuesday i do pullups 3x12-15 after my leg workout, just to get some blood flowin

then on back day:
BB rows - 3-5x3-8 (so basically, 5x5 or 3x8, 5x3, etc)
Deadlift or Rack Deads - same as BB rows
pullups - 3xfailure
underhand grip pulldowns - 2x15
thats bout it, i hit it hardcore once a week... traps twice week

ive neglected my biceps for 4 months
