damn im jealous! good work man...maybe i should adopt this 5 for 5 routine. is the 5 x 5 routine something like this??

for chest 3sets 5 reps flat bench incline 2 sets of 5 reps incline

for legs 5 sets 5 reps squats

for back 5 sets 5 reps deads

im kinda confused? because you would be leaving out lats and traps?
 
My old gym had the polygon shaped weights too, and you are right Needsize, they are a TOTAL BITCH when deadlifting. Frigging bastards move all over the place when you set them down. Who ever invented those things, did not have powerlifters and olympic lifters in mind. You must stick out like a sore thumb at your gym.
