Pic of elite hot topic

You know when someone has the balls to send in a picture we really should all be suportive and not flame the person to death. We all started this life style looking alot different and lifting alot lighter wieghts then we do now. Everyone should remember this and not be so hard on the guys that don't look like us yet. Give them the proper information and training and maybe someday they will. When I started BB over 25 years ago I was 135lbs at 5'11 you guys would have ripped me a new asshole if I would post a pic of me then. Well now I am 240lbs at 5'11 and placing in every BB show I enter. What a difference those years make right? NO one likes to be fucken flamed so give them credit no matter what they have accomplished please... L2L

sometimes i just dont understand this board. there are a lot of intelligent people here who have a lot of great advice to give people, so why all the flames? if eht came here and made himself out to look better than ronnie coleman, then i would understand, but all he did was post some pics, which look great i will add.

compare him to your average person, and look how much of a better build he has, i know a lot of guys in my gym who train really hard and dont look like that. also, there are no set stats which will make a person look good, i have pics of me at 5'8 / 160 lbs from a few months ago, and anyone would agree i looked heavier than that. im currently bulking now, and dont dare post my pics until i get my weight to around 185, but when i do post my pics, i would hope to get constructive advice and no flames. now, on the other hand, if i say something like "im the biggest guy in my gym", i invite any flames you may have.

if you're willing to train hard and diet right, you're already a winner in my book, i don't care what you look like.

eht - nice job. keep up the good work.

i think you look really good for your age! at least you're getting out there and trying to improve yourself, which is more than some people ever do. everybody has good points and bad points about their bodies. no one likes being pointed at and laughed at.

good job. keep working hard.
