You are looking good bro, I would go for heavy barbell shrugs to bring up the traps, you cant beat them, also barbell rows for the lats, I have a feeling that you dont train HEAVY do you ?? You also need to hit the arms more severeley, dont bother with any thing but, ez bar preacher curls and french press for triceps, use them as basic exercises fro arms and you will see results, put yourself through the pain barrier and you will see yourself thicken up all over, and STAY away from anything other than free weights.
