phosphagen hp\100% whey protein?

i was just wondering if someone could give me the daily dosages for the phosphagen hp and the 100% whey protein, and at what time i should take them everyday. i am a beginner with the whole creatine and protein thing, so any help would be appreciated. I was also wondering what would happen if i took the phosphagen hp for a while and then stopped taking it, would the muscle go away and just become flab or what?and if i were to stop taking it what would i have to do to maintain the muscle gains i got with the product. i just dont want to start taking it and then become unhappy with it and stop and look worse then when i started.thank you.
 
You need at least 1g of protein per lb of body weight.
As far as creatine, the common belief is that you should load and saturate the muscles in first 5 days (4 servings) and than take daily dosage.
1 serving = 5-6 grams

Why do you think you may stop and look worse than when you started? That's a wrong mental approach. Just train hard, eat well and rest plenty and you will grow and keep the gains. Creatine is not AS, you should keep most if not all gains.
