Phoenix???

Are any of you gals or guys from the Phoenix area. I have a friend out there who is wanting to start training and is having difficulty finding a good gym and a trainer. She went to Bally's and the price was appalling and the trainer she talked to was in worse shape than she is. PM me if you can help me out.
