Peanut butter calories

Hey guys, I'm trying to put on weight and most of the suggestions I see from previous threads all point to adding natural peanut butter to the meals. The thing is, where does it say that it's all natural? I looked in the supermarket and I see like kraft, and many smaller brands and all of them have pretty much the same nutritional specs and ingredients.

Kraft is mostly always some crappy processed food

far from "natural"....

Just look at the label
you should see 100% peanuts
nothing else

Adding ALL natural PB is not the only way to go, add flaxseed oil, MCT oil, olive oil, pumpkinseed oil and walnut oil.

Usually all natural PB is in a glass jar, look for ingredients: peanuts, salt. Any product that contains anything else is NOT natural.
