believe me but peannut butter gives me as much acne as a test cycle!!!
Since I move to Minneapolis I got addicted to peannut butter(I dont know why) Anyway...eating peannut butter average of 3 tablespoon daily after the first month my face explode with big acne! I know peannut butter is oily but is that normal to happen??!! After this I quit eating peannut butter and believe me I dont miss it cause I got so shocked from all the acne... I just started taking vitamin B5 to protect myself against acne. The acne is gone but I think if I keep eating PB it will come back

Enock: I think if I had an allergy to peannut I would notice 1 day after I eat it and not a month later. What u think?

Mabe mabe not.

I know some people whom can drink milk untill they drink too much and the body doesn't have enough of the proper enzymes to break it down. They get spots (acne) from it but it takes a while to build up.

How was your fat intake before? Mabe its a question of overall fat intake. Were you so low before that the body could not correctly produce sebum. (low fat diets = dry skin) In which case the increased fat in your diet would also increase your bodies ability to produce sebum giving you more oily skin. If it was dry before it may be over compensating now or mabe you normally do have oily skin just a lower fat diet prevented some of the sebum production? I also know that when sebum production is first increased it often effects the skin in a bad way but usually subsides despite the fact that sebum production is still higher.

I don't know what to say I haven't heard of acne from it before.

Yeah bro, I know peanut butter has good fat in it, but whenever I start eating it regularly, I always get some zits. They seem to decrease after a while. Maybe its just the body adjusting, but the first 2 weeks I feel like an adolescent again.

Diet is a small factor when it comes to true "acne". Most dermatologists agree that hormone levels and heredity is the major factor. Certain drugs, chemicals and foods can trigger and acne episode.
