Paulos's 11 Week Picture Dietdown.

I am a week late starting this I suppose, anyways I have decided to adopt the subway diet and I believe it will lead me to a healthy lifestyle once and for all.

I will have 2 Subway sandwiches each day, and I will shoot 150mg of Trenbolone Acetate every morning for the next 10 weeks, I will also walk 3 miles a day.

I will post my daily logs beginning tomorrow, If Jared can do it so can I.

150 Tren ace/day?????

Did I read that right?

Thats WAY too much.

If your BF is high, less is needed. Its only when you get to 6%
or so that increased amounts of AAS are needed to hold on to your muscle mass.

50mg ED is more than enough for you.

I had the Ham Sub on White and the Subway Club on white today. I asked the workers there to start greeting me when I come in every day as they get to know me so I can get that feeling just like Jared would have.

I walked 3 miles today too.
 
Bro sorry about my previous post in the members pics area. It's just that you did post a pic of you in your avatar in a somewhat dim lighted area a while ago and you were lean in that pic even though it showed mostly your face. That's why it was actually suprising to hear you post those weights you can lift. No offense though but I still highly doubt you can lift those weights you stated. It just doesn't seem like you can. If you post a pic of you doing it then I will shut up. Still for some reason I think you are playing a big joke because you do like to fuck around. Subway diet?? Come on man! At least add a few ALL protein shakes to the mix counting as the other meals. That diet is not conducive to upping your metabolism as well as putting your body in an anabolic state. I'm not saying you won't lose weight but you won't do it as best as you can. Even the subs. Split it up into 4 lil subs to spread out your meals for a more stable insulin level. Make sure you take extra vitamins and minerals as well to prevent deficiences. What about weightlifting???? I assume you are already going to be continuing with the weights yes? At least I hope you are. Well, good luck bro. If this really is you we all gotta start from somewhere. A huge block of ice takes time before it can be molded into a nice ice sculpture. Take your time and good luck.

BTW - As for fina I wouldn't suggest it because you don't know if you're body is prone to pro-estrogenic sides from it. I mean it will help regardless but in some sensitive people they will still have a hard time losing bodyfat from it. I would actually suggest maybe femera or arimidex or if looking for a healthier alternative, nolvadex to combat the obvious estrogenic problems you have which WILL make fat loss a slower and harder process. You don't need steroids for now and if you do, go with primo or anavar as I have heard these two are great for your purpose with the least sides. Of course they are pretty pricey too so it's up to you. Again bro good luck.
 
Mike it is all good bro, splitting up the subs is a good idea. I will start that tomorrow. Yes those lifts were true, you have my word.


Today I had the Subway Club on White and the Roast Beef on White.

Walked 3 miles again today.
