Hi guys, new member here. I recently started a heavier weight, low reps (3-5 reps per set) routine. On my chest and triceps day, I have been experiencing a lot of pain at the tip of my elbow. I have heard tennis elbow, but the pain is not on the outside edge of my elbow, its more on the tip. It is a very sharp pain, and increases when I do skull crushers, or any kind of tricep isolation lift. It also seems to hurt some when I lean on it, or press on it.
Any ideas? I have been lifting for about 6 years or so, and never had this kind of injury. There is no swelling or redness, just the pain at this point.
