About 3 weeks ago I was doing floor presses and I hurt my elbow. It wasn't the floor press itself - it was the unracking of the weight that pulled something. Anyway, the pain is minor, so I've been working out normally, except I don't do any skull crusher type moves - those hurt. I'm concerned because the pain is still there. I'm wondering if you guys have any tips. I've got some bands on the way, so I'm going to try AR.
