FDA and DEA prob involved so they would not fuck the case up.
Their only hope is to get the warrant thrown out so the lab would be inadmissible. If they were making 30K a month they should have had something off site that they could have walked away from when the heat came down. 30K a month doesn’t necessarily mean 30K profit either. Even with this number they could have been clearing only a few grand each.
There are tons of ways to set up shop so the cops can’t set you up. Off site labs, drop sites, couriers, etc etc etc. If this is your “business” then you have to treat it as such!
