How do I know if Im overtraining
I train mostly 6 times a week, when I cant I only go 5 times a week
I do
day 1 chest + bicep
day 2 tricep + back
day 3 should + quad
day 4 chest + bicep
day 5 tricep + back
day 6 should + quad
please tell me how can I realize if im overtraining.
I paly soccer 2 or 3 times a week also
