I am fairly certain you are are overtraining. In fact I can't see how you couldnt be overtraining unless you have some crazy genetics. Not only are you training to much, but your lifts overlap. I used to train 5 times a week and that was way to much. First I would only train each muscle group once a week. Combined with playing soccer you are leaving no time for recovery at all. As far as signs off overtraining there are many, but I will try to list as many as I can think of. I am sure other members will add more. Trouble sleeping, always being sore, being irratable or on edge, always being sleepy, not being able to consintrate, making no gains in gym, becoming weaker or smaller, being frequently sick. These are the ones that I thought of so take a lot and see if you have any of these symptoms, but like I said before you are almost certainly overtraining. There are a lot of great 3-4 splits on this board. Try to find some of them. If you need more help for a split just ask.

If your overtraining, you will probably know because it feels terrible. My symptoms are I began to feel like I'm gonna get sick if I don't take a break, my whole body aches, I just can't workout no matter how hard I try, etc. I no longer can workout each muscle group intensly more than once a week without overtraining, but I take it that some people can because I've seen those type of workouts in old school mags...usually the other time the bodypart is worked in the same week its a "light day."
