I am soo exhausted today! I've gotten plenty of sleep, eaten right (40p-30c-30f) plenty of calories, my glutamine, but I think I've just plain over done it!
Sunday was intense cardio (was teaching aerobics -haven't done that in a while) then an intense, but brief bi-tri circuit. Monday was heavy legs & Tue was back & rear delt... heavy again for some reason Yeah, I'm an idiot.
So perhaps there is some truth re: overloading to the Central Nervous System??? Even though I got 8.5 hours sleep, I had such trouble dragging my butt out of bed & felt like I'd had the stuff beaten out of me Anyone else experienced this?
All I know is I am switching my split to legs, then chest, then back & then bi/tri. Having sore hams, glutes, lower back from SLDL & then sore lats & traps too SUX!
