When you do this exercise how far do you let the bar go back? I can barely let it go back any even with light weight. It feels very awkward. Is there any other way to work the same muscles witha different exercise?
I will try to explain it. You sit upright on a bench, hold a bar over your head and slowly lower it behind your head, then you bring it back to the starting position.
