Overeating

I don't think I will go home again from university for holidays.

I get too lazy, I eat too much, I get depressed about and I eat way more.
Tomorrow is a new day, eh? I hope so, because I really want to get lean like I was before Christmas.

In the last days I gained 6-8 pounds and, even if my strength and my muscle mass are way better, I lost too much definition.. So, I'll start by now, a new cut plan for the next 3 weeks to lose 2 pounds weekly I'm gonna eat about 1800 kcal daily.
It's tough because I'm always hungry even if I eat more but I def can do it!
 
Just something to think about. Try intermittent fasting. I'm currently on a 2000 calorie diet and I fast 20 hours, then eat for 4. I like to eat. I find that with the proper food choices I can actually graze for 4 hours and actually eat a lot of food in that time, which handles the mental aspect of liking to eat. The first couple weeks are tough but after that it gets easier and after a while you really enjoy the lifestyle.
