anyone have any advice for a good timed release ritalin?
Im on the generic ER version and the peaks and valleys of it are nuts and seems to crash and burn at around the 5-6 hr mark
I have generic IR for afternoons and thats way cleaner but thats cleared out by the 3 hr mark so isn't practical for all day dosing
I find myself hitting a 5mg IR in the middle of the day to get over the hump

I'm on the 20mg generic ER in the morning then a 10mg IR generic that I sometimes split into two doses two hrs apart...
