ordered something from betterlife.com still hasnt come

I ordered some stuff from betterlife and it was supposed to come on friday. The guy said Monday at the latest. Funcin still didnt come today ------------ the guy said he will reship my order today. He said accept the first one that comes and deny the second one. Do you guys think that they even sent it in the first place. dont you think that they will just leave it on my porch. IF so, screw um i'll just keep both for my inconvience.... This is my first time ordering from there, anyone else had problems?

Same thing here. I spk with them today and he said that alot of people have been calling saying that they haven't received their orders. Something about heavier package being scrutinized more after the bombing. I don't know if this is the case, but I am not stressing over it. It has only been 6 days and he said he would reship if I wanted. At least doggmann got his.

megadeth, i didnt think of them checking the packages more clearly than normal.. I guess that makes sense. I was just getting paranoid that it was some kind of scam. Never ordered with these guys before. Let me know when you get your stuff.

i've had my fair share of online ordering. Sometimes 2 weeks will pass by and you wonder what the hell happened and those asses still haven't sent out the order. Don't email them, Call those lazy asses up directly and ask them where you stuff is. That's the only way they'll get off their ass.

Got mine today and it was post marked the exact day they said it went out. They are legit.

I wouldn't worry about it. I usually order from bodybuilding.com, and I receive the supplements within 5 days, I ordered from them recently, and it still hasn't come, it,s probably around 8 or 9 days now. Just be patient, everything is probably being checked more carefully.

glad you got it, mega...they ship usps, so it doesn't seem to arrive as reliably as ups shipments...i can usually count on dps supps to arrive 1-2 days after ordering, but they ship ups...i think betterlife may be a smaller company and maybe they are getting more business than normal as a result of these threads. however, they are legit and have great prices on beverly international products...

dam, I order from bodybuilding.com on Aug 29 and still haven't gotten my stuff, I e-mail all the time, dam guy tells me he'll check it out.
I order andro which is illegal here(Canada), what can I do any suggestions??

my advice,

if after a reasonable amount time has past, and still no product.

you can call your CC company and have them "dispute the charges". you will have to fax them all info, to include reciept, emails, and try to get names if you called.

take my CC company, which is through my bank, will reimbursed me the money while the CC company goes after the money.

at the same time you can file a complaint with their local BBB.
