Orange juice?

I like to wake up in the morning and drink some fresh orange juice. I usually get my own oranges and have a little juicer that I juice them with. What is your opinion about drinking orange juice and drinking the fresh squeeze versus a store bought version
 
when you juice a fruit you are extracting out the fiber and leaving just the juice, it is a processing thing and without that fiber it will change the nutritional value of that food along with how your body reacts to it.

hence your best bet is eating the raw fruit itself, rather than juicing
if you insist on juice though freshly squeezed is the best option, store bought juice is a nono
 
dont drink juice too much sugar just drink water

to increase absorption you can drink grapefruit juice a little I do that with anavar
 
Home made juice is always better option to the ones in the store, but remember about sugar level in it, so don't over do it

You would get better nutrition out of eating the actual fruit but if you are juicing it fresh that is so much better than store bought which will have additives and preservatives.
 
I totally agree, it is better to eat the orange and get the fiber than to make juice out of it. Especially when consumed on an empty stomach in the morning orange juice can irritate the digestive system. Also, it's less work and less dirty dishes 😁

Yeah, I’m on a cycle right now – running tren and test.I train strength 4 times a week, focusing on more sets with lighter weights for endurance since I’m cutting.A typical workout is like 3-4 sets of squats, deadlifts and bench presses. start a new thread with your LOG journal, share diet training cycle info and we can guide you and support you

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
We have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

just go for the raw fruit. all studies say you'll end up abusing sugar if you consume it in juice form.
