What do you guys like to do with fish?

A neighbor of mine goes fishing and he is always catching fresh fish and he's offering it to me. He fillets it and cleans the fish in the backyard and he hands it to me. Now I have a bunch of fish. I'm not sure how to cook it. I do like eating fish but I usually just buy frozen fish from the store or go to a restaurant. What would be some good strategies to cook this fish he's giving me?

Fish is sort of hard to cook. You want to make sure that you cook it thoroughly. The key is, before you cook it, not leaving it out too long to get bacteria.

I think keeping it simple and cooking it in the pan makes a lot of sense. Add some broth and some coconut oil with some lemon.

Easy way would be to make a foil bag put the fillets in foil with some garlic salt pepper few slices of lemon and could even add a few cherry tomatoes seal the foil and cook in the oven or air fryer this allows the fish to steam and stay moist

You're not eating them frozen. They still need cooking.

Bros, fish is a good one. My wife cooks a lot of it since she's Japanese. She cooks it all kinds of different ways but mostly she likes to cook in a pan.

You can buy one of those things for fish where you can grill it. That is the best way to make it in my opinion and it comes out very good tasting.

A lot of people have a tough time with fish, including me. Red meat is much easier to cook.
