opinions on decline please

Declines do NOT replace flats. Flats do NOT replac inclines. I feel that declines MAY be good for something...for a short period of time. I would not stray from flats and inclines though...not for long.

only reason people bother wit decline is if there is a cute grl in the gym and they wanna put on a bunch of weight and look tough or if they wanna get a big head because if u ask me they r useless other then lookin tough
 
declines are awsome

I do them first soem times....and I do them nice and slow and breath in on the way down to expand my rib cage, then exhale at the top for a really satisfying contraction.

I think they are great
 
i havent been doing declines alot. I have only started doing them them this past week, along with incline db. I think one of the reasons is i just really got so frustrated with my flat bench and just wanted to do something new, and when I did, i honestly felt it much more than when I was doing flat
