This morning i was on the run and couldnt stay home to make my egg whites so i called it in to a deli just by work. I always have my bor from here bitchin at me that the simple carb stripped white bread is shitty i should just be havin oats and eggs, is the wheat bread from a deli any more beneficial then having white bread or a normal hardroll, or should i just make sure i eat the oats for the complex carbs in the am and stfu lol?
