For some reason after my workout today I started craving a Whataburger and Fries. (For those of you wondering wtf I'm blabbering about, Whataburger is a burger chain in the South from Arizona across to Georgia.)
Their fries are just scrumptious. And their burgers are out to this world. I drive past TWO of them on my way home from the gym, and it was sheer will that kept me from turning in. But now, it is seriously all I can think about. AUGH! I've eaten enough that my appetite should be satiated, but my stomach is seriously growling and giving me hunger pangs because I want this burger so bad.
I don't have a cheat day until the 15th, so I have to get past this. My tummy is finally getting flat. I think I'm less than 3% from my Oct. 31 body fat goal.
Help! How do you get rid of cravings? Give me some coping tips.
