OMG I am craving a burger SO BAD. HELP!

For some reason after my workout today I started craving a Whataburger and Fries. (For those of you wondering wtf I'm blabbering about, Whataburger is a burger chain in the South from Arizona across to Georgia.)

Their fries are just scrumptious. And their burgers are out to this world. :p I drive past TWO of them on my way home from the gym, and it was sheer will that kept me from turning in. But now, it is seriously all I can think about. AUGH! I've eaten enough that my appetite should be satiated, but my stomach is seriously growling and giving me hunger pangs because I want this burger so bad. :bawling:

I don't have a cheat day until the 15th, so I have to get past this. My tummy is finally getting flat. I think I'm less than 3% from my Oct. 31 body fat goal.

Help! How do you get rid of cravings? Give me some coping tips.
 
Usually if I'm craving something that much, I try to find something similar to kill the craving. Hmmm.. do you have any boca burgers at home? Those are always good. :)
 
Every time you don't act on an urge it gets easier!

Also, look at the people walking in and out of the place when you drive by. They are all fat, discusting, slobs. You eat that shit and you will be one too!

You are better than that! Believe in yourself and your goals. You will achieve them!
 
If you're craving something unhealthy, force yourself to eat something unhealthy and it should pass. That is what I do. My cheat meal for the week is a sub from Subway. Not bad if you ask me. Some don't even consider that a cheat meal.

No, but I have some turkey burgers. I'll keep that in mind for this weekend when everyone else in the house is pigging out. :)

That won't work for me right now. I have a written goal that includes cheats on the 15th and 31st. Gotta make goal. :)
