Just so that nobody thinks it's just men doing this shit:
Target Remains in Crosshairs of Texas Gun Fight | Mother Jones
Carrying machine guns in the kids you section at Target. Those women are some role models for their kids.

You seem so passionate about guns, so try this on for size:
There have been tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of people doing these "protest carry" events across the country over the years. Over the last 50 years, I would be surprised if the real number was in the millions.
So go find me a *single* incident where someone was shot (accidentally or purposefully) during one of these protests.
Just one. I'd settle for that.

- At the sum total of all gun shows across the US, on average 12 people per year are injured with the vast majority being non-lethal
- 24 people per year die skydiving
A little perspective takes all the fun out of a fear-mongering argument.
