i've been reading so much about olive oil on here, why do so many people use olive oil in recipes? I know it has alot of fat and sat. fat, Is it good for bulking? what about cutting? thanks bros.
doesnt have a lot of sat fat at all. has barely any..like 2grams or something. if you must use oil, olive is best. canola works too. flax can't be used for cooking.
great for bulking... for a meal you can have some chicken breasts some broc. and a tablspoon of olive oil... olive oil is calorie dense as hell... something like 130 cals in a tabl. spoon
