lil info about me... 5'5 123 lbs.. dont know my bf.. im assuming in the 20's maybe :(..what do u think!?!? i will have to get that taken ASAP. been working out for about 2 yrs... but it was only a year ago that i figured out u have to lift REAL weight for anything to happen:p . well... i know i have a loooooong way to go but im on my way girls!!! i figure in another ummmmmm 5 years or so ill be where i want to be;) i hope i post these correctly and not too big...forgive me it comes out messed up:D ill post them in just 1 sec.

great calves.... i need to get me some of those... one of those curses of being small framed is that the calves are always the hardest to bring out....

i would say your bf is probably around 18-20% give or take... i wouldn't stress it...

keep up the good work!!! looking great (and you're just a baby so you have sooo many years of lifting ahead of you!) you'll be a monster like me in no time ;) (j/k)

i had to put a "white box" on one of thise pics cause it was REALLY cold in my house and my "little girls" were actin up a bit :p :p . and ummm ummmm, u know im strictly dickly but for u nats i may bend the rules, LOL... :bigkiss:

I think the thing that you need is your taper. BM's shoulders and back make her waist look tiny (not that she's such a hulk) , and she has a very elegant line.


For someone walking on the beach , you're fabulous.

For fitness and bb, etc. you need the taper and the upper -lower symmetry.

But you're definitely well on your way.

i know... i have a wide waist and hips... im sure i could cut the waist a bit but the hips...they aint movin... i got them big ole child bearin hips going on :rolleyes: im workin on...im workin on it... like i said give me a few yrs keiko and ill be back:p

i guess soon... ive just been so busy with work and in the middle of moving. the gym i go to is a private gym in an apartement complex type of thing so they dont do it there... can i just walk into any gym and have it done without being a member there...hummm!?!?;)

One question though...not sure if I read it in a thread or not...but are you using AS's?

Im only saying that if you are...you shouldnt be, because if you cant acheive a body better than that (not being critical) without using any type of Steroids....you are not eating or training properly, or just not working at it hard enough.

Im not picking on you...and have nothing against people who use AS's....its just that so many people take an easy route.
