My weight has been staying the same each and every morning 106.5. But saturday I went to our fave mex restaurant and ate the chips and salsa and chips and cheese dip, along with my meal. Then preceded to come home and eat quite a few girl scout lemon coolers cookies(don't buy them, they're the devil
) Also had kettle corn popcorn that night. I was a bad, bad girl (it was my cheat day but i went overboard)
Anyway I get on the scales sunday morning and hmmm weight 105.
This is the kind of crap that makes unsure of everything I do.
What gives???
