So here's the past two days! I know I'm maybe not eating enough? and I'm not sure how much of the totals I should post?
monday
1 pc whole wheat toast,
1 whole egg, 2 egg whites, 2 tbsp 1% milk, 3 tbsp salsa (I'd up the egg whites here to 4, and also add another pc of ww toast)
6 cherries
6 baby carrots, 2 pieces broccoli, 2 pc asparagus (If this is lunch you need some protein and either a clean carb or healthy fat, such as rice or potato for the carb, and some nuts or olive oil for the fat)
1whole wheat pita, 1 can light tuna packed in water, 2 tbsp mustard (This is good)
3 cups coffee
I'd also add in another meal or two, primarily sticking with a slow digesting protein and/or a healthy fat with it being close to bed
Fat 18%, carbs 36%, protein 46% 623 calories
tuesday
1 cup oatmeal, 1 banana (Missing protein here- 1 whole egg and 4 egg whites)
1 can water pack tuna, 2 tbsp hot sauce (I'd add some veggies and rice)
8 slices cucumber
3/4c steamed cauliflower, 1/2 c steamed carrots
1.5 c snap peas (all these veggies... are they meals or snacks? if they are meals then I would add in some protein with EACH one at the very least)
1 skinless chicken breast, 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar (If this is your final meal, I would have some almonds or all natural peanut butter to slow the digestion, and you could also add some fibrous veggies)
fat 15% carbs 34% protein 52% 880 cal
Yeah at those calories, I would say it is DEFINITELY not enough... I will make some additions above.
