BTW last time I did a show no one except the contestants were allowed backstage.

Thats how its gonna be for my contest come July... Just found that out today. Im gonna be a nervous wreck and have to be back there sick.. alone.. LOL

Thanks F. Actually its not really that big a deal. It gets a little confusing when you aren't sure where to go and all, but there's usually side doors, hallways, bathrooms etc where trainers are allowed. Its just the immediate backstage, the pump-up area, etc. At my last show, they had people who will help make sure you are all greased up & your tan is all good & shiny, so they don't totally leave you out in the cold.

NPC Louisiana BodyBuilding,Fitness and Figure.

They have three guys from my gym competing and Maybe one other gal.. but she doubts she will do it.

I have a few people that I know will be there to support me which is heart warming..
