Hey how often should one test their body fat percentage and tape? Once a month? I was just wondering... It's been about 3 weeks since I did any measuring or weighing. I sure hope to God I have gained some muscle because I can hardly walk today after a ridiculous leg work-out I did yesterday and the past few months. Also toned down on the running because I don't want to get a saggy runner's behind (Shadow). Doing more HIIT. I have been taking that Thermorexin also... and haven't noticed any energy increases and I'm up to 3 pills three times a day! We'll see what the numbers are here shortly...
